Santiago Steed
Santiago Steed is CFO and founding partner of Patagonia Financial Holdings LLC. Prior to founding CAERC, he co-founded Geothermal Regional Center LLC (GRC). GRC received its regional center designation on September 8, 2011. GRC’s capital investment project which was approved by the USCIS at the same time has successfully raised its targeted funds. Building on these achievements, Mr. Steed is now pursuing designation to fund additional projects in the alternative energy sectors. Mr. Steed was the Investments Manager of Fortune International Equity, the financing arm of Fortune International Group, a full-service, fully integrated real estate company with various residential developments and commercial projects in South Florida and Latin America. Within Fortune International Equity, he was part of the group responsible for raising, managing and placing over US$1 billion in debt and over US$250 million in private equity since the year 2001.

Santiago Steed is a manager, co-founder of CAERC. He has ten years of senior management experience in real estate project structuring, financial analysis and financial modeling. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Universidad de San Andres, Buenos Aires-Argentina.
