Attorney Kaplan is a U.S. attorney and admitted to practice in the 2nd, 9th and 11th Circuit courts of appeal and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Tacoma Pierce Bar Association, South County Attorneys Association, and the American Bar Association. He is also admitted to the District courts of Washington D.C. and Colorado. He successfully completed two of two worlds toughest ultra-marathons- the Comrades Marathon (9Okms) and the Two Oceans Marathon ( 65 kms).
