Dennis Slater
The US Citizenship and Immigration Services, with over-site from The Homeland Security Department and The Securities and Exchange Commission, administers the Immigration Investors Program (EB-5), created by the US Congress to stimulate the US economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign national investors.
USCIS approval rights entitle the Regional Center to submit job creation certification from new commercial enterprises, funded with foreign investment capital. Each $500,000 approved investor equity contribution must be supported by 10 full time permanent jobs related to the venture.
FLEB-5 Regional Center rights extend throughout the entire state of Florida. Foreign investment funding projects in Tampa, Miami, Palm Beach County, Orlando and the City of Palm Springs job generation projects will provide in excess of 2,000 new Florida area jobs within the next three years.
Mr. Slater’s vision includes statewide and international travel to administer and facilitate additional new venture foreign investment capital, resulting in multiple community enhancements and continued job creation as our state continues it path to economic recovery.
