Olivia Orza
BIO
Olivia Orza is the Founding Partner of Orza Global Immigration, LLC. Her practice focuses primarily on U.S. immigration and nationality law and international migration issues. Ms. Orza devotes her practice to representing corporate and individual clients in an array of business and family immigration matters.
Ms. Orza assists foreign investors in obtaining non-immigrant E visas and EB-5 immigrant visas. She works closely with EB-5 Regional Centers, EB-5 service providers, and other professionals to guide her clients through the complex EB-5 Investor Visa process. She has experience representing companies in a variety of industries in all aspects of business immigration, including employment visas for professionals, intra-company transferees, immigrant visa petitions, consular processing, adjustment of status applications, and naturalization applications.
Ms. Orza possesses extensive experience representing employers seeking certification by the U.S. Department of Labor on applications for alien employment certification (PERM). She has executed a full range of employment-based immigration strategies, including immigrant petitions for foreign nationals of extraordinary and exceptional ability, outstanding researchers, and multinational managers and executives. Ms. Orza represents individuals with various family immigration issues including obtaining appropriate nonimmigrant visas such as fiancé visas (K-1) or as a nonimmigrant spouse of a U.S. citizen (K-3), obtaining immigrant visas, maintaining lawful status, and applying for U.S. citizenship through naturalization.
