Sarah O'Leary

Sarah Davidson O'Leary  is the Director, Transaction Advisor at Scale Finance LLC. She has broad corporate finance experience, record of equity deal origination and execution for emerging growth healthcare and technology companies, client relationship management. Sarah has a proven track record of new business development and marketing in global institutional environments.Having started her career with the two most dominant players in the technology and biotechnology industries, Alex. Brown & Sons (merged into Deutsch Bank) and then Hambrecht & Quist (merged into JP Morgan Chase). Sarah was instrumental in bringing many of the most prominent new issues of the late 1980s and 1990s to market.

Following two years as a managing partner in a successful management consulting firm to the health care industry, Sarah joined Lehman Brothers as a Senior Vice President to run their Capital Markets effort in the health care industry. During her tenure with Lehman, the firm consistently ranked as either #1 or #2 amongst all global investment banks in underwriting to the health care industry. Sarah was recruited from Lehman to Sanford C. Bernstein (merged into Alliance Capital) as a Managing Director to run their investment banking/capital markets effort generating over $65 mm in two years as a co-manager, syndicate member working primarily with larger capitalization public companies.
