Chief Financial Officer Milo Nitschke is responsible for overseeing the fiscal management and administration of the Brooks Development Authority’s budget planning, internal controls and financial reporting. In addition, his daily duties are focused on the financial modeling and analysis, investments, accounting, banking procurement, and the implementation and administration of the Authority’s goals.
Milo previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Alamo Regional Mobility Authority and has served the City of San Antonio in a number of capacities, including Director of Finance and handling special projects within the City Manager’s Office. His experience includes working with economic development projects, tax increment financing and the New Market Tax Credit program.
Education: Bachelor of Business Administration, University of Texas at San Antonio; Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Economics, University of Texas at San Antonio.
