James Yang
Attorney Yang was born in Beijing, China, and immigrated to the United States at an early age. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Asian Studies at the University of California – Berkeley and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California.
Mr. Yang had accumulated significant business consulting experience by working as an analyst at a boutique investment bank and a licensed real estate broker. Prior to founding Pegasus Law Group, Mr. Yang was an attorney at another internationally-recognized law firm and handled a variety of complex cases, including appeals and motions before the AAO, BIA, and the U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals.
Mr. Yang specializes in EB-5 investment visas and has helped hundreds of investors from around the world successfully obtain their green cards either through the regional center program or direct investment into their own business.
Mr. Yang is fluent in Chinese Mandarin and is a member of the State Bar of California. He regularly participates in pro bono and community service activities in Los Angeles.
