As a Managing Director of Lexden Capital, David Fuller is responsible for business development, loan originations, and initial project underwriting. David’s expertise stems from over 20 years of consulting and valuation of commercial loans along with feasibility analyses and appraisals for acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining Lexden Capital, David held the position of Managing Director at HVS; the global leader in hotel valuation and consulting. David’s 20 plus years of high level of consulting and due diligence expertise spans a wide variety of commercial assets, including hotels, office buildings, shopping centers, multi-family residences, industrial properties and large mixed-use developments. David holds an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a certified appraiser is five states along with the District of Columbia. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the Washington, D.C. regional chapter of the Appraisal Institute. David is also a proven real estate investor with a portfolio of assets located in suburban Washington, D.C.
David recent published articles include “The Direction of D.C. Hotel values and Cap Rates”, “Update to the HVS Employment-Hotel Growth Index” and “The HVS Employment-Hotel Growth Index: 2008 & 2009”. David has also successfully appeared as an expert witness in several cases involving disputed hotel valuations.
David has spoken at hotel investment conferences and EB5 Conferences and has been a panelist at various events concerning development trends. David holds a Bachelors of Science degree from the School of Hotel Administration, Cornell University. David is also proud to serve on the Leadership Council for the George Washington University Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management. David is an avid runner, skier, and is married with three children.
