Mickayla Rosard
BIO
Mickayla has worked in EB-5 for 8 years and has overseen the procurement of $140 million of EB-5 funds. Prior to joining Proxy, Mickayla served as the Director of EB-5 Services at Baker Tilly Capital and as the Director at an EB-5 Regional Center. With such experience at the fund level, servicing level and regional center level, Mickayla’s expertise and experience are highly valued in guiding Proxy’s operations.
Mickayla also served on IIUSA’s Public Policy Committee from 2016-2018 and the New Markets Committee in 2017. She co-founded the EB-5 Rural Alliance, which has grown to be one of the top advocate groups in the industry and she has been a regular conference speaker and thought piece author featured in industry trade journals discussing EB-5 matters.
Prior to working in the EB-5 space, Mickayla was employed by the Department of Homeland Security Center of Innovation at the US Air Force Academy. Mickayla obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from the University of North Dakota, where she graduated with honors. Additionally, she holds a series 63 and 82 securities license.
