The Founder of Shepherd Capital Funding, Mr. Shepherd helps businesses with financing to develop and expand, and with job-creation activities to impact the local, regional, and national economies. His business experience includes among the following: The manufacturing of ocean powerboats, Corsa Boats, which won a US National Championship; Retail Store development and product development for Faces Cosmetics in NYC, a purveyor of internationally know cosmetic products; Founder and CEO of a construction company specializing in hospitality projects with multiple award-winning renovations including Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, Hilton, Ramada and Timeshare Resorts; and Co-founder/CEO of an award-winning Marketing company focused on the Timeshare Industry.
Mr. Shepherd was a founder, in 1997, in the creation of the City Sunny Isles Beach Florida and served as Chairman of the city’s Planning Committee. Mr. Shepherd attended the Ransom School and the University of Miami.
