Ali Nasserghodsi is an Attorney practicing immigration and nationality law since 2012. He represents individual and employer clients in a wide array of cases before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Executive Office of Immigration Review, U.S. Consulates abroad, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. His non-immigrant visa practice encompasses L-1 multi-national managers and executives, H-1B specialty occupation workers, and O-1 persons of extraordinary ability. On the immigrant visa side, Ali handles petitions for researchers and scientists based on PERM labor certification as well as in the Outstanding Researcher and Extraordinary Ability categories.
In addition, he has experience conducting I-9 audits for employers, advising on compliance matters, and guiding clients through the intricacies of sanctions regulations. Prior to joining the firm, Ali practiced for five years focusing on family based immigration petitions, including international adoption cases, as well as consular processing, naturalization, asylum, and removal proceedings.
