Curt has extensive experience in all aspects of U.S. immigration law, including employment and family-based immigration, citizenship, removal defense matters before the Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals, and Writs of Mandamus in Federal District Court.
Curt’s current practice emphasizes EB-5 investment, through which he has successfully represented numerous foreign nationals in filing I-526 and I-829 petitions, based on investment with regional centers or direct investment businesses.
Curt also represents individuals and companies of various sizes, from start-ups and small businesses to multinational corporations, and their employees, in immigration matters before USCIS, DOL, and U.S. Consulates. These matters include Adjustment of Status (AOS) applications; Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher, or National Interest Waiver Petitions; Immigrant Visa Processing; Labor Certification (PERM); Temporary Work Visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, and O-1); Treaty Investors and Traders (E-1/E-2); and Naturalization.
Curt was admitted to the California State Bar in 1997. He obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, in Political Science, International Relations in 1994, and his Juris Doctorate and Certificate in International and Comparative Law from Saint Louis University, School of Law, in 1997.
