Chris’s practice focuses on complex business litigation at Reid & Wise LLC. Well-versed in corporate and intellectual property law, Chris represents high-profile individuals, financial companies, start-ups, and media companies in complex cross-border matters involving investment and securities disputes and intellectual property disputes in both state and federal court of New York.
Prior to joining Reid & Wise, Chris was in-house counsel at State Street Bank and Trust Company and a litigation attorney at a large national firm in Boston.
While in law school, Chris served as a judicial intern to William G. Young at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He also interned at the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where he assisted the SEC on government investigations of multinational corporations in alleged violations of the Federal Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
Chris is also actively involved in his community. He serves on the Board of New Asia Chamber Music Society, a New York nonprofit organization, where its mission is to bring exceptional performances of chamber music to the public. Chris is also a Board member and the chairperson of the Governance Committee of the Taiwanese Junior Chamber of Commerce of New York.
