Gary has over 20 years of immigration experience to get results for his clients. Gary’s experience inside the courtroom is sought after by people facing deportation throughout the United States.
Gary has represented tens of thousands of clients in the immigration courts, Board of Immigration Appeals and Circuit Court of Appeals throughout the U.S. Gary has represented countless individuals facing deportation from the U.S., filing Asylum, Family-Based Petitions, Adjustment of Status, Naturalization and U-Visas. His clientele includes Olympic athletes, Fortune 500 companies, the Major League Baseball Players Union, dozens of restaurants in the tri-state area and Film/TV writers, producers and directors.
Gary obtained his law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law and holds a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Maryland.
Gary is an active member, in good standing, of the New York State Bar, United States Supreme Court, all eleven Circuit Court of Appeals and the American Immigration Lawyer Association. Gary is also a U.S. Army Veteran.
