We provide two main services to the EB-5 marketplace; we buy EB-5 investments and we provide financing for developers to facilitate the debt portion of an initial EB-5 project or to refinance the project.

At times, an EB-5 immigrant that has gone successfully through the immigration process and after receiving their green are open to selling their EB-5 investment.  For EB-5 investments in projects that meet our buying criteria we will buy their investment.

The other scenario that could exist is that you have someone that started the EB-5 immigration process and then changes their mind about getting their U.S. citizenship; we will buy that investment if the project associated with their investment meets our buying criteria.


Some of our buying criteria

  • The project is a mature project, typically at least 5 years old.
  • The project is associated with commercial real estate.

  • Hotels
  • Office buildings
  • Apartment complexes
  • Restaurants (where there is a land component)
  • Parking garages

The other main EB-5 service we provide is debt financing to developers that:

  • Need financing to complete the funds needed to start a project
  • Need to refinance out of a project to pay off the investors

We will also look at projects that have a Joint Venture (JV) need.
