Robert Spitzer is an experienced real estate developer, business/real estate lawyer, real estate development lender and entrepreneur based in Seattle. He received his B.A. from Stanford University (1976) and his Juris Doctorate from Columbia University (1980), and taught real estate law in the Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program of the University of Washington from 1994 - 2016. Robert has developed single family homes and congregate care facilities in the Seattle area since 1988. The portfolio of retirement units was sold in 2016 for a total price of $78 Million. He and Michael Ross are the developers of Stazione25. He owns a manufacturing business located in Vancouver, British Columbia and has been a principal in the international law firm of Garvey Schubert Barer, based in Seattle, Washington since 1990.
