East Coast Regional Center, LLC (“ECRC”) is a federally designated regional center by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), under the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program. ECRC has received exclusive authorization to raise capital for a project involving the acquisition and operation of two distressed multispecialty Freestanding Ambulatory Surgery Centers (“KTHD FASCs”) in Manhattan, New York City and Jersey City, New Jersey. The centers are located in “Targeted Employment Area” as designated by the New Jersey State Department of Labor and Workforce and by the New York State Department of Economic Development. This will allow for a reduced investment of $500,000 from each investor.
