 Negotiated the purchase and management of a $5 million B-note secured by a 250,000 square foot retail center located in Cherry Hill, NJ.
 Negotiated the purchase and sale of a $47 million portfolio of sub-standard commercial real estate loans, which produced a $2.5 million gain.
 Negotiated the purchase of a $75 million national portfolio of drug store loans from a life insurance company and traded the portfolio at an 18% gain on sale.
 Negotiated the purchase of a defaulted loan on an office building in Fairfax, VA. The building was 40% occupied upon acquisition. Successfully foreclosed and stabilized the asset at 95% occupancy and realized a $3.0 million gain on the investment.
 Established a successful relationship with a Managing Director at Bank of America and completed over $35 million of loan acquisitions through this relationship.
 Financed the construction of over $350 million of residential subdivisions, neighborhood shopping centers, office buildings throughout San Diego County and Las Vegas.
 Served as VP of Finance for Peacock Radaker Corporation, master developer for Rancho San Jacinto, a 512-acre master-planned community in San Jacinto, CA.
 Served as receiver on over 20 multi-family projects in Southern California and Chicago, consisting of over 300 residential units and a country club. Total value of assets managed in receivership exceeds $250 million.
 Negotiated multiple school facility leases for King Chavez Charter Schools in San Diego.
