Mahnaz Khazen Ph.D., MRICS, CCIM, CPM  is a leader in urban revitalization and community empowerment with a decades-long career in residential and commercial real estate and neighborhood transformation in the San Francisco Bay Area and nationwide.

Mahnaz specializes in commercial, and residential real estate asset, development, affordable housing, commercial manufacturing and industrial project due-diligence.

Mahnaz is a member of CCIM, (Certified Commercial Investment Member), the leading commercial real estate certification institute and a graduate of the JWL academy, is a licensed Property Manager-CPM, and a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors -MRICS, is a graduate of Cornell University Commercial Real Estate Certificate program and continues her education at Harvard University.
