Adriana Kostencki, a dual Venezuelan-U.S. attorney, is a partner who focuses her practice on a wide range of business immigration, and complex commercial and maritime matters. Her business immigration experience includes representing investors and corporate clients on visa and work authorization needs of U.S. and global personnel, including professionals, managers and executives, treaty investors/ traders, essential workers, persons of extraordinary ability, NAFTA Treaty Mexican and Canadian employees, corporate trainees, and students. Adriana regularly advises high net-worth individuals on challenges and opportunities presented by the EB-5 investor program. She works closely with clients to understand and meet overall business needs and objectives and provides strategic immigration planning and advice for U.S. and international companies for the international relocation of personnel both from and into the United States.
