Timothy D. Takata is a third generation American born in Chicago, Illinois. He attended the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering. He then attended law school graduating from Loyola University School of Law in 1974. He has handled probate and estate planning cases for over 30 years. Mr. Takata presently practices law in Torrance, California specializing in probate and estate planning, Immigration and incorporation.
Mr. Takata is a member of the State Bar of California Trust and Estates Section. He is also a member of the Estates and Trust Section and the Immigration Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is a frequent seminar speaker and has given seminars for the Japan Business Association and various business and community organizations.
