Kean Chew

BIO

Born in Malaysia, Kean spent his formative years in Singapore, attended college in Canada, and graduated with a doctoral degree in Psychology from University of Oregon, U.S.A. Kean received his H1B visa prior to getting his “Green Card” that eventually led to his naturalization through the employment based visa process.  Having gone through the long arduous process, Kean is now committed to helping others to gain legal immigration status in the U.S.  Prior to this endeavor, Kean has over 20 years of global leadership and consulting experience in building research and cross-functional teams, processes, and practice.  He specializes in advanced analytics, marketing and supply chain management, and organizational effectiveness. He helped his internal and external clients address their business and organizational challenges using data driven insights and recommendations.  For his Ph.D. dissertation, Kean examined dimensional differences across cultures.  He prides himself to be a global citizen and is most energized when meeting, networking, and collaborating with new people.
