Irina graduated with a J.D. from New York Law School in 2007 and received her undergraduate degree in business economics from SUNY Oneonta in 2002. Irina is admitted to the New York State Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of NY. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. Irina's main practice area is immigration and she is an active member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Irina is authorized to represent individuals and organizations in all 50 states and worldwide in immigration matters such as family-based immigration, work visas, asylum, K-1 fiancé visas, embassy work, tourist visas and many other types of immigration services. Irina’s clients consist of professionals, entrepreneurs, artists, students and family members and come from all over the world.
Irina has been invited to share her legal expertise on immigration topics by participating in televised programs. She was a guest speaker on the TV show “Immigration: Primer on Complex Topics”. Irina has also lectured on immigration law at various seminars. Irina has also authored a number of legal articles on immigration, some of which were featured in the local newspapers and online.
Irina, being an immigrant herself, is fully dedicated to her clients and fights for each and every case.
