Olha is an HR Specialist whose primary focus is making sure that the company’s human resources functions are met and properly documented. As a Human Resources Specialist, Olha makes sure that all the required credentials and health requirements are met before the staff begins treating a client to minimize any possible unforeseen risks and pitfalls. Olha also provides assistance and training to onboarding staff and is always available to answer employees with any questions facilitating a smooth transition as well as ensuring the warm and friendly work environment.
Olha received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Montclair State University with Summa Cum Laude, in 2015. While in college Olha was an active part of various clubs and activities including Psychology Club, National Honor Society, and Tutoring Works. Olha tutored a variety of subjects including Psychology, Statistics, English, and facilitated students with research papers.
Olha has always been interested in working with a company that is client-oriented. She takes pride in being the part of the wonderful team at SOBA College Recovery. She believes that only by working together as a team one can achieve productive results which in this case is ensuring that clients are getting a proper treatment on their road to recovery.
In her spare time, Olha enjoys reading, photography, and playing piano. Olha currently gives private piano and music theory lessons, accompanies singers for their auditions, and plays for impromptu events.
