2000. Michael moved to Weston Florida where he now resides.
In Florida Michael spent 6 years working and training physicians and immigration attorneys in the use of Electronic Medical Records, transcription, dictation, personal computer security and Website management. His immigration attorney relationship soon lead him into the creation of business plans for Business Visa entrepreneurs. In 2006 he received his real estate license and began working through the use of technology to boost listing and networking.
In 2004 Michael joined forces with an Entrepreneur immigrant to develop her business of training agents in the knowledge and understanding of their rights and responsibilities under Florida’s Land Trust Act. He was certified as a national Trainer, published and taught both property owners and investors in the use of Florida’s land Trust act. It was there that he first met Broker Ray Anastas leading to their current relationship under Cooperative Real Estate’s umbrella.
In 2016 Michael Joined forces with Patriot Associate’s Broker Raymond Anastas to assist his company and his agents in more effectively using technology and expanding coverage to a world wide audience.
Through the years Michael has developed skills now in place as the Administrator of Cooperative Real Estate Group as Mentor to current and new agents alike.
