Anastasia White is an Associate Attorney at Rostova Westerman Law Group. Anastasia White is the U.S. and foreign-trained attorney admitted to practice in the U.S. and Russia. Ms. White handles a wide variety of immigrant and non-immigrant visas, including, but not limited to, investment and business visas, employment-based visas, visas for individuals with extraordinary abilities, and family-based visas.

Ms. White holds her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad Law College, from where she graduated Cum Laude. While in law school, she was the Senior Associate Editor of the Nova Law Review and served as the Vice-President of Public Relations of the Immigration Law Organization (“ILO”). Ms. White displayed her passion for immigration law and immigrants’ rights from the very first years of law school. In 2013, her article on immigration reform, “Registered Provisional Immigrant Status: The Path to Citizenship under Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act,” analyzing the Act itself and some of the provisions of the DREAM Act, was published by the National Law Review as a winner of a national student legal writing competition. As a member and, later, as the Vice-President of ILO, she participated and organized several pro bono immigration workshops helping low-income immigrants with forms and applications. Since 2014. Ms. White is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), where she currently serves on several committees.

Ms. White was born and raised in Russia and graduated from Siberian Federal University with Bachelors of Jurisprudence in International and Comparative law and with Masters of Jurisprudence in International and Foreign law. Ms. White’s fluency in Russian and understanding of Russian legal and business documentation has proved to be very useful when working with clients from Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Belarus. Prior to joining Rostova Westerman Law Group, Ms. White worked in a Miami-based immigration law firm, where she successfully assisted dozens of Russian-speaking investors and entrepreneurs in establishing their businesses in South Florida and receiving Green Cards.
