I am an accomplished immigration attorney with extensive experience in all employment and investment based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. I have successfully participated in the approval of over 2,000 immigration cases, with an emphasis on employment/investment-based cases, such as EB-5, E2, E1, H1B, R, O, P, PERM, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, adjustment of status, asylums, appeals, and waivers. My education and work experience in South America and U.S. legal system have helped me excel in my practice and assisted Torres Immigration Law, P.A. in becoming a leader in U.S. immigration law. As part of my law practice in Colombia, I specialize in representing businesses and individuals who want to expand their business in the United States. I began my career by working in a number of renowned companies. I provided guidance concerning the management and administrative collection of various public and private companies.
