Alejandro Suarez counsels clients in a variety of business related matters in technology, manufacturing, real estate, construction and hospitality. Alejandro’s practice focuses on domestic and international matters, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. In 2016, he was appointed Vice-Chair of the Mexico Committee of the American Bar Association Section of International Law. He has experience assisting multinational corporations, as well as middle market and international websites with their business or investments in Latin American countries and foreign companies doing business in the United States.
