Chrystal C. Green completed her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Montreal, Quebec, Canada at McGill University where she majored in psychology. She also completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada at the University of Ottawa’s French Common Law Section. After articling, Chrystal then completed her Master of Laws degree (LL.M) in Washington, D.C. at the Howard University School of Law, where she concentrated on comparative law. Licensed to practice in both the United States and in Canada, Chrystal is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the California State Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Canadian American Bar Association. She speaks both English and French, and has practiced in both countries in both languages.

As one who is admitted to practice law in two countries, Chrystal has assisted clients with immigrating to both the United States and to Canada. Moreover, she has acquired several years of experience and an ever-growing expertise in the complex area of EB-5 investment immigration to the United States. As such, she has had extensive exposure to all investment immigration related petitions and applications, from the establishment of regional centers, to the filing of individual immigrant investor petitions, all the way to the filing of the removal of the conditions on permanent residence, all while assisting clients with other concurrent immigration needs. Given this experience, she published an article on EB5Investors.com in May 2013 which explored various issues relating to immigrant investor petitions within standard immigrant investment projects.
