Kelvin H. Luo
Kelvin H. Luo received his Bachelor of Laws degree from East China University of Politics & Law, and his Master of Laws degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Kelvin joined Xie Law Offices, LLC in 2011 and is an expert in EB-5 related laws and regulations and is in charge of the EB-5 department of our firm. Prior to joining our firm, he has six years law practice experience in China, and has worked for Shanghai Chengda Law Firm, Zhong Lun Law Firm (Shanghai) and HHP Attorneys-At Law. Kelvin’s legal experience in China provides him a thorough and insightful understanding of the source of investment funds for Chinese clients to present their lawful source of investment funds required for their EB-5 green card petitions. Kelvin is licensed to practice law in China, and is also a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
