George Giagtzis recently joined EM Capital Global Advisors to lead our turnaround management, restructuring and insolvency practice in the dynamic Texas market and Latin America. George has over 30 years of experience in the US, Middle East and Latin America. He and Seth R. Freeman, CEO, have collaborated on various projects for over 10 years.
George has broad industry experience, including oil and gas, telecommunications, power and industrial manufacturing and engineered buildings across a wide range of assignment types from Chief Restructuring Officer, interim CFO, domestic and international deal due diligence to international expansion strategist and implementation leadership; creditor and lender negotiations; and, structuring, negotiating and closing new and replacement financing.
