As Managing Director of Chinese Operations, Dennis Shen manages the full range of administrative, logistical and operational duties at PDC Capital in a wide variety of areas, including international development, technology, planning, and budgeting.
In this role, Mr. Shen draws on his extensive experience in the domestic and international marketplace, specifically in the complex and demanding realm of the EB-5 investor visa program.
Dennis’s stellar reputation in the global business community has been instrumental in attracting dozens of overseas clients. After earning the confidence and respect of these clients, Dennis has ensured that they have remained loyal customers since the inception of the enterprise.
In addition to his ability to sign new clients, Mr. Shen’s technical knowledge and expertise setting up sales centers in overseas markets has contributed substantially to PDC’s success, especially in the Chinese region. Dennis’s hand-on approach has helped many PDC clients gain their EB-5 visas and begin a new life in the United States.
