Stacey Simon was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and East Asian Studies from Brandeis University, cum laude, in May of 1995, and a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School, in May of 1998. Admitted to the New York and New Jersey State Bar, Stacey is an AILA member. Stacey is proficient in spoken Japanese.
Stacey is experienced in nearly all areas of immigration practice, but specializes in O-1A, O-1B, EB1-1, EB1-2, EB-5, National Interest Waivers and issues regarding the medical profession. She has lectured for the American Immigration Lawyers Association on Advanced Topics in Immigrant Visas and authored an article on the intricacies of EB1-1 and EB1-2 petitions (Immigrant Applications based on Extraordinary Ability).
Stacey also conducts full scale LCA audits for the firm’s clients and trains companies in compliance with LCA regulations.
