Emanuel S. Benjamin

Mr. Emanuel Benjamin has practiced law in the state of Florida since 1998, he is the managing attorney and founder of Benjamin Law Group, PL, which primarily is focused on assisting 
international clients with real estate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, global finance, corporate law, and the EB-5 investor visa program.  

Mr. Benjamin, from 1998 until 2007 has been the President and sole shareholder of Acquisition Group Management, Inc., a real estate investment and management company; and from 2002 until 2008, Managing Member of Capital Group, LLC, a mortgage bank. During his tenure at the above mentioned companies, Mr. Benjamin was responsible for all aspects of the investment process for residential and commercial properties in South Florida.  Mr. Benjamin has been a principal owner of numerous real estate assets.

Mr. Benjamin, from 2002 until present as Managing Partner of Benjamin Brothers, LLC, a global consulting, investment services, and real estate brokerage company, has sold properties of various project developers. Mr. Benjamin's focus at the company has been consulting on market entry, business development, and expansion in the following industry sectors: Energy, Real Estate, Banking, Natural Resources, Agribusiness, and New Technologies. The primary geographic regions focused on by the company have been the Americas, Russia, China, Eastern Europe, and the CIS Republics.

Emanuel Benjamin has a Juris Doctor from University of Maryland School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.  He has both a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in 
International Business from Pennsylvania State University.  He is a licensed real estate broker. Emanuel Benjamin is a member of the Coalition for U.S.-Russia Trade located in Washington D.C. He is also a board member of Torah Ethics & Culture, Inc., a Miami area non-profit which provides a vast array of services to the Jewish Community in the Miami area and worldwide. He has been involved in various philanthropic activities within the global Jewish community.

Emanuel Benjamin was born in Baku, Azerbaijan. He speaks the languages of English, Russian, and has a working knowledge of Hebrew.
