Gary Spackman is the Founder & Chairman of Regional Economic Development & Investment Group Inc, a USCIS approved Regional Center (“REDIG”) which is the General Partner of Winery Row a Limited Liability Limited Partnership. Gary is also the General partner of Conventus Energy LLLP, and Willow Creek RV Park and Casino LLLP ‐ projects that are being prepared for inclusion in REDIG. Gary is also the Founder of Arkansas Regional Economic Development Corporation (“AREDC”) a Regional Center awaiting final approval by USCIS as the only Regional Center in the State of Arkansas. AREDC is preparing to fund Allied AgCat LLLP, an air craft manufacturing plant which is a subsidiary of AREDC. REDIG’s is headquartered in Reno, Nevada and AREDC is based in Little Rock Arkansas.
