Thomas Bauch, born to a German immigrated family, grew up speaking German and Portuguese, in his hometown of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
After graduating in Food Biochemistry and Business Administration, he moved forward and lived and worked in several countries, specifically Spain, USA, France and Germany.
In this journey, he became totally proficient in 5 languages: Portuguese, German, France, Spanish and English.
This journey also enabled him to gather a global appreciation of multicultural characteristics and differences, making him absolutely at ease to understand and work with people of diverse backgrounds and perceptions.
During his career, he was in charge of several and diversified teams, leading and implementing many projects in different countries in areas like Manufacturing, Quality, Research and Development.
As a Realtor, he joined the number 1 Real Estate Company in the world, with the desire to MAKE REAL all customers’ dreams.
