Mr. Healy is responsible for the general management of the Civitas Capital Group family of companies. A seasoned real estate investor, Mr. Healy has been responsible for the origination, financing and management of dozens of real estate investments across virtually all property types. He also has significant experience in securities compliance.
Prior to forming Civitas, Mr. Healy served in senior executive roles with Royalton Real Estate Capital, LLC and Highland Capital Management, LP, a $30 billion alternative asset manager. While at Highland, he served as Chief Compliance Officer of an affiliated FINRA-member broker-dealer.
Mr. Healy holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Dallas.
