Charles C. Liu received his Master’s Degree in Arts Management from Columbia University in 1991. During the period 1993-2004, Mr. Liu was working in venture capital, investing primarily in medical equipment, real estate, and media companies. Mr. Liu was a member of the Chinese American Trade Association from 1995-2000 and won the Outstanding Young Entrepreneur’s award in Shanghai in 1997 and in 1999. Mr. Liu received a Letter of Commendation from former President Bill Clinton for his contributions.
Mr. Liu currently operates a Federally Designated Regional Center, Pacific Proton Therapy Regional Center offering EB-5 investment opportunities that qualify foreigners for US permanent residency.
