Richard Marquard is one of LCP’s EB-5 Group executive directors. Prior to joining The LCP Group, Mr. Marquard spent 10 years in the real estate finance division of Textron Financial Corporation, a specialty finance company and direct lender. During his tenure at Textron, Mr. Marquard held direct responsibility for all aspects of an investment relationship from origination and structuring, to relationship management, credit & underwriting, closing, and ongoing portfolio management and servicing. Mr. Marquard has an MBA from the University of New Haven and a BA in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
