Gary Perkins
Gary Perkins has 30 years of experience in development and construction for multiple project types including single family, multifamily, condominiums and retail.
In addition, he has served multiple roles as developer, contractor, and operating owner of multifamily communities for the last 12 years. Gary studied Business Administration/Management at North Texas State University.
As managing partner and director, Gary is responsible for sourcing and closing of all of US EB5 Association’s projects, as well as their structuring and oversight.
