Prior to joining ASMXCapital, Geoffrey worked in the Compliance and Corporate Governance Division of Activision Blizzard, where he assisted in managing the company’s 10-K and 10-Q SEC filings. After his experiences at Activision, he joined the Business and Legal affairs division at OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network, where he drafted contracts for talent acquisition and intellectual property rights. At ASMXCapital, Geoffrey oversees the drafting process for Regulation A+ offerings.
While in law school, Geoffrey completed courses in Corporations, Contracts, Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship law. He also volunteered at the Pepperdine Special Education Advocacy Clinic, where he provided free legal representation to parents of special needs children in disputes with school districts.
Geoffrey received his B.A. in English Literature from UCLA. He is an alumnus of Pepperdine University School of Law, where he earned his J.D.
