Jane Johnson
After graduating from the University of Tennessee, Ms. Johnson joined Ford Motor Company in Houston, Texas as a Company representative, calling on franchise dealers in the southern portion of the state to balance the needs of the dealerships and the requirements of the Company. From there she went to manage the Finance Department of a mega dealership in the Houston metropolitan area. She coordinated with finance companies to secure auto loans for customers, worked with the management in maximizing sales and profits.
A move was then made to Davis, California for Pacific Standard Life to develop a training program for automobile dealerships’ finance departments and to train instructors to carry out the program in dealerships in California, Oregon and Washington.
A Company Representative position for Southland Corporation, Reno, Nevada, was then taken. This involved consulting with 7-Eleven franchisees regarding meeting corporate policies and standards, while giving the Company feedback from the franchisees.
The next move was to Pinnacle Financial Services as the Operations Manager of a $50 million multi-state real estate investment company. This involved analyzing data for purchasing multi-family, commercial and development properties to determine ROI potential.
