As Chief Executive Officer of ASMX Capital, Wes focuses on smaller cap and emerging companies to aid them in the Regulation A+ filing process. He has gathered an experienced team to assist these companies in filing with the SEC, seeing a need for these companies to have liquidity with their securities and help achieve their goals raising capital.
He created ASMX Capital, which is a one stop shop for the Reg A+ process, from gathering documents for Due Diligence, through to filing and marketing. ASMX has combined advisory services to emerging companies along with SEC compliance, and fund raising activities through the traditional broker dealer system. This is when the ASMX/IPOX trading platform was conceived and the relationship with a large network of broker dealers was formed to help issuers sell the Reg A+ securities. The ASMX is also designed as a secondary trading platform for the Reg A+ securities to provide liquidity for the companies and their shareholders.
Mr. Wes W. Johnson attended California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo, California, with a focus on business. With his extensive experience in owning and operating differing businesses, Mr. Johnson became familiar with the new JOBS ACT, specifically Title IV, and the opportunities created through capital formulation process by the JOBS Act, ie Reg A by the SEC.
