Siobhan Prendergast
Siobhan Prendergast is an experienced attorney who currently devotes 100% of her practice to immigration law, with a focus on complex nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based visa petitions. She received her Juris Doctor degree from UC Berkeley School of Law (University of California, Berkeley) in 2005, and her Bachelor’s degree with high honors from University of California, Santa Barbara in 2000. Her previous legal experience includes serving as Counsel to the House of Delegates of the Republic of Palau, and a position as an Associate focusing on commercial finance and real estate transactions with the global law firm, Dechert LLP. Prior to starting her career as an attorney, Ms. Prendergast served as a staff member in the Washington DC office of Congressman Xavier Becerra. Ms. Prendergast consistently prepares persuasive and winning immigration petitions for the firm’s clients with her world-class writing and analysis skills.
