Guillermo “Gary” Wiener earned a B.A. in Government and a B.B.A. in Marketing in 2007 from The University of Texas at Austin. He obtained his J.D. degree in 2010 from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in Dallas. Since then, Mr. Wiener has specialized in family-based and employment-based immigration. His areas of practice include J-visa waivers, nonimmigrant visas, family-based benefits, and naturalizations. On his free time, he has done pro bono work for victims of human trafficking. Mr. Wiener is fluent in Spanish and is licensed by the State Bar of Texas.
