Nichole Small
Nichole Small offers her broad range of skills in analytics and business to all aspects of Impact DataSource. She is leading the creation of two new tools for economic developers: a unique performance review and incentives tracking program as well as Impact DashBoard, a web-based impact analysis model. In addition, she assists in economic development models and EB-5 analyses.
Before joining Impact DataSource, Nichole worked in real estate consulting where she advised and managed large scale rental unit portfolios as well as guided purchases of new real property for a travel destination club.
Nichole has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin.
Having been born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, Nichole rarely misses a day on the trails hiking or biking with her dogs, while naturally resisting the urge to hug a tree. She loves the full range that life has to offer from ballet to CrossFit, Brussels sprouts to chocolate croissants, and economic analyses to drawing Abner the Armadillo.
