Jianhua Zhang joined Zhang & Associates (Z & A) in November 2007.
Prior to joining Z & A, Jianhua started her legal career in 1995 when she graduated from China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, China. She worked as a law clerk in a court in Beijing right after graduating, and then worked as an attorney in Beijing specializing in foreign investments, acquisitions and mergers, and intellectual property. Jianhua also served as counsel to several major government related projects in Beijing.
Jianhua has extensive experience with employment-based immigration petitions (I-140) including: NIW, EB-1(a), EB-1(b), and EB-1(c); immigration applications (I-485); Consular Processing; H1-B, L-1, O-1 and B-1/B-2 nonimmigrant visas; family-based immigration including I-130, and I-129F; and other immigration services. Jianhua has already helped numerous clients achieve their immigration goals. She has earned her clients’ recognition through her expertise, high work efficiency, focus on details, good communication skills, and an understanding of her clients’ needs.
Jianhua also provides comprehensive legal advice and assistance in other non-immigration related business transactions such mergers between Chinese companies in the States.
