Jeanette Ynfante’s practice focuses on the defense of construction, property damage, personal injury, environmental and defamation claims. Ms. Ynfante also focuses on insurance coverage matters. She advises the firm’s insurance company clients on their rights and obligations in accordance with insurance contracts and the law, and provides interpretation of excess and umbrella liability policies.
Ms. Ynfante received her J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law, where she was awarded the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award, summa cum laude, and the Fordham Law Medal for the highest grade in Constitutional Law. Ms. Ynfante is fluent in Spanish.
