Fei (Flora) is a New York licensed attorney and a member of New York State Bar Association. She was born in Beijing China. After she graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in 2004, she came to the United States. She earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Dickinson School of Law, the Pennsylvania State University in 2009 and she also earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the School of Laws, Indiana University – Bloomington in 2005.
Since joining Z & A in August 2009, Flora has gained extensive experience with employment-based petitions including EB-1(a), EB-1(b), EB-1(c), NIW, EB-5, I-924 application, Consular Processing, and I-485; family based immigration petitions; non-immigration visas including H-1B, L-1, B1/B2 to F-1; and business related cases including company set-up, LLC membership/operating agreement reviews, etc.
Prior to joining Z & A, Flora worked as an intern at an immigration law firm in Los Angeles in 2006, assisting the attorneys in employment based immigration cases, I-130 family based immigration cases, and H-1B cases. While at Penn. State, Flora worked as a Certified Legal Intern at the Family Law Clinic, working on various family related cases, and was certified as a Public Interest Advocate in 2008. Moreover, Flora was also a member of the Jessup International Moot Court team of Penn. State University.
