Ali M. Farahmand practices immigration, business and injury law in the Southern California Area within San Bernardino, Orange and Los Angeles Counties. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Immigration Law Section at Los Angeles County Bar Association, American Bar Association and Orange County Bar Association. He has practiced immigration law, Injury Law and Business Law for over twenty-five (25) years within the Southern California. Mr. Farahmand has experience in a broad range of matters, including, investor visa’s, employment, family based petitions, as well as removal proceedings in Immigration Court and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) guidelines and regulations with respect to certain financial transactions within certain nations.

Ali M. Farahmand received his Jurist Doctor from Notre Dame Law School, located at Notre Dame, Indiana, and received his Bachelor degree from the University of Colorado at Denver, located at Denver, Colorado. On a personal level, Mr. Farahmand has been residing in Southern California for the past fifteen (15) years and he is happily married. He is a great uncle to his niece and nephews and he enjoy traveling and is passionate about his football teams. Ali Farahmand speaks Farsi and English.
